Beautiful Evening for a Laser Light Show!

If you are looking to literally brighten up your evening, then you’ll want to be sure to check out the Hong Kong Laser light show over Victoria harbor.

Here Come the Lasers!

This laser light show has actually been featured in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s largest permanent light and sound show. It occurs from approximately 8:00-8:10 PM every evening and consists of laser light displays from buildings on both sides of the harbor. There are many vantage points to consider for viewing this, but if you are like us and really enjoy the cityscape views, you may want to plan your experience to include one of Hong Kong’s rooftop bars.

Brighten up your evening with the Hong Kong Laser Light Show!

Cheers to Roof Tops!

Personally, we chose Eyebar in Tsim Sha Tsui since we were staying in this area and we had researched and discovered that there was a view of the harbor from above. We planned to be there about an hour before the show so that we could enjoy a cocktail while waiting. Although the drinks cost about $25 USD each, the view and atmosphere did not disappoint and we would recommend working this into your itinerary if your budget allows.

Lasers From the Rooftops.

The show started promptly at 8pm. The music at Eyebar didn’t sink up to the show making the show a bit underwhelming. But we did hear the best place to view the show is from a boat in the harbor. Either way it’s a neat little thing Hong Kong consistently puts on and it’s only 10 minutes of your time, it’s worth checking out at least once!

Love the Colors!
